The real estate market has seen some crazy swings here lately and with the interest rates fluctuating like they have I get all kinds of  questions, so don't be afraid to ask me anything. Wellington saw the listing count go from under 10 to over 50 in a 30 day period when the interest rates spiked. Fort Collins didn't see that happen but most sellers found out that the possibility of multiple offers and crazy over bidding was no longer in the cards. But as of February the inventory is so low and the interest rates somewhat stabilized the properties that are priced correctly are heavily sought after, so they are moving!
